    This sounds like a really effective product.

    But it also just sounds like all I need to do is stick to tough compound workouts that make me go beyond my normal weight limit. Do I really need a program to teach me that?

    The program sounds interesting, but I don’t see a reason for myself to do it. Don’t really see what makes this program different from others.

      What you said is the key to building muscle. However, the programs goes A LOT deeper than “do tough compound workouts”.

      Some of the things his programs include: How much weight should you increase on your key exercises every time you hit the gym, how many times a week are you going to train, what are the specific workouts you are going to do in order to achieve your goals, how many calories do you need, macros, reffed days, cardio, specialization, etc. All this is written in a step by step guide for your specific goals.

    I totally agree in everything you have written here. I recently joined kinobody and have experienced massive gains with the greek god program. I’m finally hitting 75 kg on my bench press, it went from 65 kg to 75 kg in only 3 MONTHS!! 😀

    Very interesting!

    I have personally been seeing excellent results in the gym, just doing my own thing (after PLENTY of research and lots of protein!) but this looks like something I might want to add to my routine.

    That makes a lot of sense – lift more weight and your muscles will get stronger and will grow larger.

    The Kino product you’re promoting here sounds like it benefits from the fundamentals of good body building.

    Lots of people focus on “just biceps” or “just shoulders.” That’s not effective strength that those people are building. Doing the compound movements, like you say Kinobody promotes, is the way to go.

    I’m currently on the Warrior Shredding program which is the one program he recommended me in the Kinobody Survey, and I have seen great results so far in only 2 weeks.

    Hey Antonio,

    Thanks for sharing such a great review on the kinobody program. This is the first I am hearing about kinobody and when I saw the video I literally go wow in my head. The biggest problem I have now is gaining weight. I eat quite a lot 4-5 meals per day, and still I find it very hard to gain weight. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks!

      Remember that to gain weight you have to eat in a caloric surplus, but in order to gain muscle mass and to get stronger you need to increase the weight on your key exercises.
